Platinum Promise can take necessary steps to put work right in the event that an installer is no longer registered, or has ceased trading. The Platinum Promise can be used if the contractor was registered with NICEIC for the type of work undertaken at the time the installation was complete and that the work was fully completed in the last 6 years giving you, the homeowner full peace of mind prior to us installing anything.
